Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
Indalweb Internet S.L., hereinafter the CONTROLLER, informs the USER that it has created profiles on Facebook and Instagram and is responsible for the processing of personal data carried out on those networks, in accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and the LOPDGDD (Spanish Organic Law 3/2018).
Purpose of processing: to maintain a relationship between the USER and the CONTROLLER, which may include:
Legal basis: Article 6.1.a of the GDPR — the data subject’s consent. By following our official profiles, the USER gives consent for processing their public profile information.
The USER may access each social network’s privacy policy and adjust their settings to ensure privacy.
The CONTROLLER only accesses and processes the USER’s public profile information, primarily their contact name. This information is only added to a data file if necessary.
The data will be retained as long as the USER does not withdraw their consent.
Information published by the USER on social media may be visible to other users. Privacy settings, permissions, and connected applications can be managed through the user's profile.
No data will be shared with third parties outside the social network unless necessary. In that case, it will be shared with providers bound by confidentiality agreements.
The USER can manage their privacy and connections through their profile settings.
The USER may post comments, links, images, etc., only if they own the content or have the necessary copyright or third-party consent.
Posting content that violates morality, ethics, third-party rights, or applicable laws is strictly prohibited.
The CONTROLLER reserves the right to remove content without prior notice and to block the USER. It is not responsible for content posted by USERS.
Images published on social networks will not be stored outside the platform but may remain visible on it.
Access to the CONTROLLER’s social media profiles is prohibited for individuals under the age of 18. Persons with special needs require legally accredited authorization.
The CONTROLLER is not responsible for the use of social media by minors or individuals with special needs and does not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
